YFD Question about spreading
In Forum: Bearded Dragons
By: stacesam1

Hi All,

Most of you know that Elliot is going through, or just finished his second treatment of anti-fungal medication for another 3 weeks. He is doing great, however I do beleive that his butt is still a bit yellow and was wondering if it is because he perching area is not being cleaned everyday.

My question is..... even though is tank is kept inpecably clean, and i do wash his basking perch every so often as well as his cave.... Should I be doing it every week (cleaning the perch) since he sits on that every day..... and he could keep on getting the fungus everytime he sits on it.... I have been spraying him everyday with is topical.

Thanks.

I have a bearded dragon, Ichabod. I believe that he might have Yellow Fungus. I read that Lamisil can help remove the fungus. Is this true? Where can you get this that is sage for beardies?

There will be a planned outage on the site on May 10, 2008, beginning at 11 p.m. CDT. We'll do our best to minimize downtime; however, we anticipate the outage could last as long as seven hours.

Please if all members will check their accounts and make sure your email is correct. We will be contacting members for information on contest and prizes shortly, as we change over some features on the site and improve preformace that I think you all will be very pleased with.

Our apologies for the down time of the site. We are having problems with the server that runs the site, it is constantly being hit by brute force attacks and anything they can think of to do to purposely take it offline a variety of ways. We are attempting to do what we can, along with the server company themselves, legal department and a private company.

Sadly there are people that for their own reasons do not want this site open to the public and this seems to be their method.

Apologies again, but we continue to do what we can to keep it up and running. Some days I am spending the entire day on phone and emails to fix whatever it is has been done again.

Please read the forums Site info section for information and comments
