to all the uk crested gecko owners. how much did you pay and where? im from south east london and the local reptile shop wants £200 for a pinstripe £80 for a flame and £100 for a dalmation (i think this is too much) can you point me in the right direction?

Hiya deydey im from South East London aswell and the best place i found is gumtree and vivastreet. Only reason being one it can be slightly cheaper and two i have seen breeders post snakes and other rpetiles for a really cheap price. E.g. Amel corn - £30

It's a bit early for crestie hatchlings to be ready to leave breeders yet - mid June and more should start to come onto the market. You can try Captive Bred.co.uk they do excellent quality cresties at fairly reasonable prices. There are also the classifieds over at Livefoods.co.uk and the ReptileClassifieds.co.uk. But tbh, you'll probably have to wait until late june to start to get hatchlings... most are hatching now and breeders tend to keep them 6-8 weeks to make sure they are feeding etc before putting them up for sale.
