well...i have been hoping to catch my roaches in the act for such a long time and finally i did (getting over the superworm beetles which seem to always be at it - more difficult to catch the roaches....think they shy??) but anyway thought would share my excitement
this female was throwing him around like crazy and banging him against the side of the tub and he just hung in there..was quite amazing to watch
then i got to see one of the females giving birth...this was a little freaky...but far less so that watching a person give birth (accept there were about 20 babies not just one or 2)

cool, thanks for the photos. I've never caught my roaches at either of those - the first I know is when there are babies running around trying to pretend they are not obvious gecko food!
