That was a case of someone blowing the real deal Waaaaay out of proportion.

This site http://aqua-terra-vita.com/ATVIIR/CATAL/catal.php set out on a huge crusade on an assumption. they offered all the sources to back up their claims... but the sources were actually explaining the REAL issue.
