Live help may be available at other times, but please remember that people may be doing other things, and checking the channels at times to see if someone needs help. Be patient and give them a chance to respond. There are several members and staff that are in the channel at all times, but may be Away From Keys (AFK) when you are there and asking for help. Usually you will not have a long wait and you can also ask your questiion and if no one responds right away, leave your email and they will email back to you when available or the answer. These are volunteer staff and members that give their time to assist others and their pets, please be respectful

Once you are in, you will see a smaller bar on the bottom of the main screen, click on that area and then you can type your hello, enter and others can see what you are saying. You continue to put what your want on the screen by typing and entering on your keyboard.

It would be great if more would jump on into chat. We do like talking in real-time to the people on the site we post amongst, and joining the instant chat gives you the oppertunity to seek for help, and also to listen to answers and learn a lot too.

It really is a lot of fun too, we do have a laugh, and we do enjoy hearing from our members, so hey, why not give it a go and see how you like it?
