may i ask how you have something you can't take care of? Use Google.
http://www.calm.wa.gov.au/plants_animals/r...ce/dragons.html I personally know nothing about them, but the internet is a great resource. |

While I have no idea the circumstances behind your question at this point that is irrelevant. I wish I could help you out but unfortunately I don't know much about the species you mentioned. If no one is able to help then I'd definitely try and do a search and see what you come up with. Good luck and sorry about that!

Make sure you're prepared. I don't know about the requirements but I would never ever suggest anyone ever get a breeding pair of animals if they don't have any experience with that animal. Please make sure you read for hours on these animals before you buy a gravid female. You may be getting in over your head and will have a mess on your hands not to mention the suffering of the animals if you don't know everything you can possible find out about them. Why would you consider buying a gravid female for your first animal of this species? It certainly seems like a big mistake to me but good luck with whatever you choose to do.

hay, i'v been looking for info about careing for them too, but havn't been able to find any information for that particular species, other then just saying what they are like in the wild. [no best viv setup for them] but what i'v been told by a few people now is that you can pretty much set up a enclosure for them in the same way you would a bearded dragon, except for like 2 or 3 degrees warmer or something.
I was gonna get a trio today of the central netted dragon, but when i got to the pet shop they where all sold out :'( i'v searching the net now trying to find another shop that sells them. There are only two pet shops that sell reptiles on the gold coast... well thats wat yellowpages.com.au is telling me. heh Trozza |

This is probably a few months too late but I keep central netted dragons. If you need any advice, I will try to give it. Though the information I have had to get, I have searched high and low to get. And the person selling you the dragons should be able to give you advice on how to care for them, set them up, etc. |

While I realise this post is very old now my reply is for anyone who stumbles onto it in search of care information for the gorgeous native Australian lizard - the Central Netted Dragon.
I have kept and bred them for many years and have published to one and only captive care book and dedicated website - http://www.centralnetteddragon.com My book is available for purchase on the website as an immediate download or a published book posted to your door. However, the website does contain free access to basic care information, images, videos as well as news and events. I hope you'll check it out! Enjoy! Shannon Plummer
