well, today in the morning in my brother's girlfriend house some workers where taking out debris and they saw this snake. They where going to kill it so I decided to go and took it home. Now I need some information about the temperatures it needs, housing, moisture, decoration and everything necesary for it to be in perfect conditions.
Thanks a lot

IMO, i would find a nice forest, or field, away from construction work and release it. But if you would like to keep it, care is pretty similar in regards to corns. Same temps, and cage setup (ie 20 gal long for adults, w/ hides etc.)
He looks a bit grumpy in those first pics lol. Has he been striking?

The situation is this one. I live in Mexico City, and this snake isn't native of here. My theory is that someone bought it illegally and then the snake fleed. If that is the situation it would be dangerous to release it cause it could have cought a terrarium disease and infect the ohter snakes. The other theory is that the snake traveled up to the house, its not impossible but not so logical. And I'm not able to go to the place of its natural habitat to release it. And giving it to the authorities who are "responsible" of fauna, they would sacrifice it so its not quite a good option. It would be better for me to keep it, I have some experience with corn snakes so I have some idea of the subject.

Gerdum, put some normal neosporin/antibacterial cream on it but without pain reliever.
Any chances a cat got a hold of him?

well its a male, he has 2 fractures in the ribs but not recent so they have healed. The vet also gave me a medicin which I have to put on the wound and will help him heal. But nothing that may put his life in risk, so its really good!!! I'll give him a fuzzie tomorrow and I hope he eats. Thanks a lot for the support!!! and for the terrarium, which substrate could be good? and waht size could be good for the terrarium?
thanks

For a ratsnake usually a 20gal long, but larger if you can. I think he'd do nicely in a 3 footer personally. Also while the wound is still healing i'd keep him on paper towels for now, but after, wood chippings (not cedar) or aspen are both great substrates, although be sure not to feed on them.

thanks, I have a 35 X 27 X 15 inch terrarium, but by now I have him in kitchen paper in a smaller tank. And yesterday I took him out to heal him and he's a bit more relaxed and didn't stroke.

There's a cat in the house but when he finds an animal he normaly kills it. But maybe the cat attacked him and he managed to run away.

well I will put new pics soon, promise. And he was relaxed but just for that day, now I have to use gloves because he is striking anytime I get near him. But I hope that with time we becomes more relaxed and I can handel him. I tookhim to the vet in a plastic small tank (sorry I don't know the name in english ^^'') that is special for transporting reptiles. And he also stroke the vet but she has some experience handling snakes and she did not got bitten.
