I just got a 2 foot black rat snake. I bought it fuzzies today but, it won't eat them. Should i just give him some time to adapt to hsi enclosure or what? i have pics up later today.

He might need time to adjust to his new environment and/or he might not be hungry right now.

Let him settle in for a while, no handling or bothering him for a week. They need plenty of time to adjust and feel comfortable enough to eat, just go slow with him and offer food at the end of a week, he will be more apt to eat then.

Yes, I agree, snakes are the same as anybody when it comes to adjusting. Imagine if you were taken from your home and dumped in a brand new enviroment with nobody you knew - you'd need time to adjust too. Give him a few days, dont handle him in this time and try again in a week. By that time he should have his hunger back.
You could try putting something with your smell in the enclosure with him so he gets used to your smell (a tshirt or something). That way, it wont be such a shock to him when you eventually start handelling him
