Hi there, I bought my lovely corn snake last week and was told by the store owner that it has been feeding on one fuzzy per week, however he didnt have any fuzzy's in stock so gave me pinkies instead and told me to feed one pinky a week. I fed one pinkie which was fine but i dont get how one pinky can be enough if my snake was previously eating one fuzzy a week, should I be feeding two pinkies a week and is my snake big enough to be eating fuzzies? It measures about 40cm in length and 1.5cm diameter at it's widest point, I have also posted a photo in the gallery if this helps. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am totally confused.

If your supplier is out of stock of fuzzies, then two pinks will be ok until they have fuzzies. A general guideline is that food items should be no wider than than 1 and a half times the width of the widest part of the snake

Thanks for the help, one other question then, I fed one pinkie on friday so should I now feed another pinkie or should I just wait until next week to feed two?

He'll probably take one now, so you can feed that if you want. If your supplier will not have fuzzies next week either, i think its maybe time you switched suppliers?
