How should I mantain humidity? By misting the tank? Or should I have a humid hide? And the humidity levels should be 30% to 60%, right? :?:

Preferably, the humidity should stay around 40 or 50%. A little higher when they're going to shed. Normally, the humidity from the water bowl, would suffice. But if you live in a dry area, or the humidity's jus not keeping up, mist it down every once in a while. Be sure it doesn't grow bacteria, though. Humid hides are good for shedding. It's your choice. Try out different things.

Thanks CornyGuy. I'm gonna try the humid hide first, and if it looks like she's not going in it, I'll get a small spray bottle for her.

I notice you're from PA too Matt so I'll go along with this as well, as of now the summer is keeping the humidity right where it needs to be but I was already thinking ahead to the winter when it gets super dry here.

I didn't need the humid hide after all! You're from PA Cosmo?
