I bought my hatchling corn a little over a week ago and she has yet to go to the bathroom. Is this normal? Do snakes have a slower digestive system or should i be worried about a potential block? She is a very active little girl, so she doesn’t seem to be ill.
I was also wondering if it is bad to handle your snake to much. I have been handling her about once a day for about 15 min.

How many days has it been since she last ate?

when snakes, or any reptile for that matter, are put in a new home, you should give them a quiet down period of about a week with no handling. the reason for this being that they are probably stressed to the max, and you want them to calm down. so if youve just purchased her, leave her be in her tank for a week or so to give her some calmdown time. also, you should probably wait that week before feeding her as well. and they shouldnt be handled for a couple days after they eat, so they dont regergitate their food....(nasty stink too).....
have you fed her already? how long ago has she eaten?
your handling time is ok, it varies for different animals, usually a few times a week does just fine.

Have you tried scenting the pinkie with something that your corn would eat in the wild?
