I have a 2 1/2 month old gecko thats stool is a green mucous with white particles that I don't believe are urates with a small amount of blood. I have taken samples to the vet and he found moderate protozoan. He was treated with one dose of flagyl. He has since then stopped eating, and the diarrhea persisted so I again took another stool sample in. This one was negative, I was given some type of antibiotic/supplement mixture which I have given to him for 3 days now and I can't recall the antibiotics name it starts with a "B". I have seen no improvement in his stool since then. I was just curious if anyone has had a similar problem, what it was, and how it was treated. Any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks

So your gecko's eating? What are you feeding him? What type of gecko do you keep?

sound quite bad if the antibiotics arent doing anything. stick with them though. if he;s eating thats a good sign.just make sure he keep eating.
