Anatomy of a Juvenile Columbian Boa
Thank you to JuliusSqueezer over

reproduce this article here on The Reptile Rooms.
This is a juvenile female Columbian boa that I took
in on rescue last year. She was bought by a teenage girl on impulse and her Dad
would not let her bring her inside the house so she attempted to keep the snake
in a Rubbermaid tote inside her car in an unheated garage. By the time I got her
she had a horrible RI. I did all I could but she died anyway. Anyway, that is
the story on the snake. Maybe her death will help to educate others.

Here are some close-up shots of various views.
